Our slaughter cows: for premium quality beef
We use our network of dairy farms in the Baltic States to collect cattle for slaughter every week, transporting them to the slaughterhouse with our own fleet of vehicles. During transport, the health and welfare of the animals is our priority. The animals are slaughtered either normally or by halal methods at a partner company in Latvia.
Biological carcasses and residual products
Organic carcasses are exported to meat processing companies in the Netherlands. In addition to the carcasses, almost all residual products are used sustainably. The skins are salted and then exported to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium for example, while remaining waste from slaughtering is used as an ingredient by an animal food manufacturer in the Netherlands.
